The 2003 TILT-UP ACHIEVEMENT AWARD is presented to Lowden and Associates by TCA Tilt-Up Concrete Association for outstanding example of Tilt-Up Concrete Construction on the Gateway Theatre of Shopping.

January 2002: Largest Tilt-up shopping-entertainment mall in the southern hemisphere of the world opens in South Africa. Pictures of this project under Lowden & Associates “Tilt-Up” segment.

September 2002: In Chile, Lowden & Associates participated in Chile’s EXPO Hormigon 2002. As part of our commitment to customer service and client support, we facilitated, along with our distributor, a complete tilt-up panel demonstration.

October 2002: Lowden & Associates participated in a seminar at Tijuana, Mexico titled “1er Expo-Desayuno, Tijuana y Mexicali.” Jerry Lowden lead the panel in discussing tilt-up techniques to engineers, developers, and architects.

November 2002: Lowden & Associates' clients in Russia finished two airport paving jobs in record time. Per our customer: “On behalf of all our staff we thank you for your cooperation and your ability to work with Russian contractors.”

December 2002: Tilt-Up building in El Salvador being constructed by Lowden & Associates' Dominican Republic distributor.
